Heinz Lofts apartments put on display

The Ferchill Group of Cleveland will unveil its $70.2 million Heinz Lofts apartment complex on the North Shore this evening, while still considering whether to convert another industrial building in East Liberty to apartments.

The former H.J. Heinz Co. Cereal and Reservoir Buildings have been converted into 151 apartment units. To date, 58 of the apartments have been leased, said Frank Berceli, general manager of Amore Management Co., the property manager and leasing agent. About 45 of the units are occupied.
