The Mt. Lebanon School Board heard a presentation Monday from developers who are seeking a controversial tax break to build a luxury condominium complex. Directors also heard public testimony about the tax-increment financing -- or TIF -- proposal at last night's session, which was held to set the agenda for next week's regular board meeting. The board will vote on the proposal at next Monday's meeting, scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m.
Developer Zamagias Properties wants a tax break valued at $6.1 million for the proposed $42.8 million project at Washington and Bower Hill roads.
