A developer said Monday that he hopes to build on the success of his condominium project Downtown with an adjacent residential renovation of roughly the same size.
In addition to Columbus, Ohio-based E.V. Bishoff Co.'s 61-unit The Carlyle condo project at Fourth Avenue and Wood Street, the firm will pursue the conversion of the adjacent Commonwealth Building into roughly 60 condominium units, company president David Bishoff said Monday.
When The Carlyle is 75 percent sold, "we will start the design and development" of the Commonwealth Building, Bishoff said.
