Board reviews proposed Greensburg apartments

A developer expressed optimism Tuesday about his efforts to create housing for college students in downtown Greensburg.

Don Tarosky, also a lawyer, presented preliminary drawings yesterday to the city's historic and architectural review board for his proposed "The Lofts on Second Street" in the former Lilly Shop building at 17-19 W. Second St.

Tarosky has a proposed sales agreement on the property and must finalize that deal by Dec. 20.
