Developer Terradime 5637 Forbes plans Squirrel Hill condo project

A five-story condominium project could be coming to Pittsburgh’s Squirrel Hill neighborhood if a local developer can convince the city to sign off on the project’s height and density.

Despite a sluggish residential real estate market, Connellsville-based Terradime 5637 Forbes LLC is pushing forward with its plan for as many as 25 units of condos in the 5600 block of Forbes Avenue near the commercial center of Squirrel Hill.
