Vici on Grandview condo complex inches toward reality

The long-anticipated 14-unit Vici on Grandview condominium on Mt. Washington may be closer to being started. The developer, Craig Cozza of Alex Development LLC in Carnegie said foundation work for the seven-story building will begin this fall with possible installation of steel in the spring, depending on how much foundation work is accomplished.
