New Downtown Condos Ready For Occupancy

With a cut of the ribbon there are now more options for downtown living in Pittsburgh.
Mayor Luke Ravenstahl made it official today: the residential units of Piatt Place in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue are ready to welcome new tenants.
"It's another step toward achieving our third Renaissance really. To see the positive momentum right now happening in downtown Pittsburgh is really exciting," said Ravenstahl.
Along with the ceremony, there were tours of Millcraft Industries' $70 million mixed-use development of the former Lazarus building that anchors the Fifth Forbes Redevelopment area.
