The scheduled-to-empty Verizon building Downtown may one day be filled back up with residents instead of office workers.
Philadelphia Management Co., considered one of the largest real estate holders in its home market of Center City Philadelphia, has a sales agreement to buy the 285,000-square-foot, 12-story Verizon building from Los-Angeles-based Hertz Investment Group, sources tell the Business Times.
A sale of the building has not closed, and the parties involved aren’t talking.
