There are two loft apartments above first floor retail space in this brick building, rennovated in 2009 and originally built in the late 1800's. Each unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The largest unit has a southern exposure and is about 1,450 square feet plus a 250 square foot deck. The other unit is 1,350 square feet plus a 250 square foot deck with a northern exposure. The historic hardwood floors made of Heart of Pine have been refinished. In addition to a 13-foot high ceiling in the living room, other features include a large master bedroom overlooking the living room, walk-in closets, kitchens with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, laundry, and air conditioning. A former paper warehouse, this eight-story building was converted into eight condo units in 1997. Each residence occupies the entire floor and features original hardwood flooring, timber beams, a European-style kitchen, and sleeping loft. This was the first project by Eve Picker of no wall productions. The units originally sold between $155,000 to $195,000.
