Originally constructed in 1890 as a printing factory, the conversion of the William G. Johnston Building into 25 luxury apartment loft units was completed in 1999. Floor plans range from 600 to 1,200 square feet. Units were refurbished and feature original wood and tin ceilings, exposed brick, and timber columns. There is 5,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Renovations were designed by Thomas R. Harley, Architects.
