This contemporary building occupies what was once a narrow 18-foot wide empty lot. There are three residential units plus retail on the ground floor. On the second floor, there are two studios with sleeping lofts and on the third floor, a two-bedroom loft.Units have 15-foot high ceilings, concrete floors, floor to ceiling windows, and stainless steel kitchen appliances. The building was originally completed in January 2003 with one of units with two-levels and reconfigured in 2005 to its present unit layouts.

In 2003, the project won an Honor Award from the Pittsburgh chapter of the American Institute of Architects and the Pittsburgh Magazine Superior Interiors Award for New Construction and Multifamily Planned Community. Dwell magazine featured the building in the March 2004 issue.
