Located at the corner of 5th and Penn Avenues, the 24,000 square foot building was originally built in 1895 as the Episcopal Methodist Building with the address 524 Penn Avenue. There are one and two-bedroom units, ranging from 750 to 1,500 square feet. The contemporary lofts feature large windows, concrete floors, high ceilings, movable walls, and modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances. In addition to a fitness center, there is a large outdoor roof deck with views of Mt. Washington, the skyline, and bridges to the North Shore. Parking is available in a nearby garage. Kudravy Architect designed the units. The units were originally priced between $150K to $450K in 2011.</p>

The units will average 1,200 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is bounded by Fifth Avenue and Miltenberger and Watson Streets. The&nbsp;110,000-square-foot&nbsp;building, built in 1894 and operated as a school until 1975, was named to National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
