Located in the Lawrenceville area of Pittsburgh, this newly constructed three-story building is an environmentally friendly building and was completed in 2006. On the first floor, there are 10 rental artist studios ranging between 400 to 500 square feet. On the upper floors, there are 15 residential loft condos that originally sold for between $99,000 to $385,000. Some residential units are two-stories. All residences have terraces and parking assigned. Built by non-profit group Artists and Cities and designed by architecture firm Strada.
