Located in the Strip District, there are 18 lofts in this three-story, former Westinghouse Air Brake Company's manufacturing building. There are one and two bedroom configurations, with six different floor plans range from 727 to 1,561 square feet of open space. Units feature 9 to 15-foot high ceilings, large industrial windows, original pine beams, exposed duct work, brick walls, steel doors, and concrete floors. Kitchens have center islands, stainless steel appliances, and birch cabinets with frosted-glass doors. Completed December 2002.
