There are six work/live loft units in this renovated, seven-story warehouse building with narrow floors stretching 110 feet long. Units feature high ceilings, exposed brick, timber beams, brick walls, hardwood floors, and open kitchen layout. The renovations were completed in 2000. In 2005, the building was one of five projects selected for the Cool Space Awards. Units are used for commercial and residential purposes.
