Located in the Strip District, the developers converted an old warehouse and former Collins Cigar factory into 68,000 square feet of office space. The six-story building has office lofts feature high ceilings, exposed bricks, and timber beams. In 2000, the project was given one of twenty Awards of Merit by the Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation.
