The developer's plans call for renovating the former South Hills High School into a 155,000 square foot mixed-use development with 109 apartments including 25 two-bedroom loft units at market rental rates and 84 one and two-bedroom units marketed to seniors. The first floor will include a wellness center and 7,000 square feet of commercial space. Closed in 1986 for more then twenty years, the school building was originally completed in 1906. Construction would begin in 2008 and delivery at the end of 2009 if funding is awarded by September 2007. The renovations were designed by architecture firm Design by Us.

The Vici is a new 7-story condominium with 14 units ranging from 3,250 to 3,845 square feet of space. Residences include city views, luxury kitchens, and hardwood floors. Glass elevators open directly into the units.
Designed by Indovina Associates Architects. Groundbreaking was supposed to occur in late 2007.
