Located in the Southside district, the former St. Michael the Archangel church was opened from 1861 to 1993. There are 23 residential units with floor plans that range from 1,300 to 2,300 square feet. The original owners were allowed to customize the interior finishes of the unfinished units. The building features unique architecture including Roman columns, dome ceilings, and a wine cellar.
The building was designated a historic landmark in 2001. Original pricing ranged from $250,000 to $600,000.

Units feature 16-foot high ceilings, large windows, exposed brick walls, and the original maple hardwood floors. The building was formerly Birmingham Number One School and was designated a historic building on September 30, 1986.
Originally priced at $100,000 to $150,000 in 1998.
