Neighborhood: Lawrenceville

Originally built in the late 1930's using the cobble stones that lined Pittsburgh streets, the developer Botero Development converted the two-story warehouse building into eight loft-style condominium residences.

There are four one-bedroom units and four two-bedroom units. Residences feature 10-foot plus high ceilings, exposed steel or wood beams, cobble stone walls, wood floors, exposed ductwork, and kitchens with stainless steel appliances. Selected units have glass garage living room doors and skylights.

One bedrooms range from 700 to 900 square feet and the two bedroom units range from 900 to 1,100 square feet. Pricing prior to completion ranged from $209K to $242K for the one bedroom units and $309K to $349K for the two bedroom units.

Amenities include a rooftop deck, individual garden plot, bike parking, and storage. There are six parking spaces.

Construction will be completed by July 2015.
