The developers rennovated three 100-year old structures that were part of the former Armstrong Cork Company plant in the Strip District. The development transformed a 10-story factory building, a 7-story factory building, and a 7-story warehouse into a mixed-use development with 297 loft apartments. There are a variety of one to three bedroom floor plans with 14-foot ceilings. Select units feature large windows, exposed brick walls, and stainless steel appliances.
The project was previous called Armstrong Lofts.
Completed in 2006.
Architect: Frederick J. Osterling
