The developer is building 36 condominium residences in a three-story building called Crescent Court that is part of the 109-acre development Summerset at Frick Park which is approved for up to 710 homes including single-family houses, town homes, apartments, and condos. There are seven different plans with one to three-bedroom configurations, ranging from 1,100 to 1,860 square feet of living space. Units feature 9-foot ceilings, large windows, and some with a glass-walled solarium.

Completion in spring 2007. Groundbreaking took place on February 10, 2005.
