The developer is transforming the St. Matthew's rectory, elementary school building, and convent into nine loft-style condominium units. The rectory houses two units, two in the convent, and five in the school. Each floor plan is unique, ranging from 1,600 to 2,300 square feet of living space. Units feature fireplace and outdoor living areas. The church rectory was originally completed in 1906 and the school in 1916. The convent was completed in 1926.
