This is a 3,600 square foot former firehouse in the South Side area of Pittsburgh. The building includes a 1,300 square foot commercial space and two residential lofts. Loft 1 is 1,200 square feet and loft 2 is 1,000 square feet large. The loft units are both two-stories with spiral staircases and have large one-bedrooms. The units feature tin ceilings, exposed brick walls, and antique doors.
