Hardware LoftThe nine-story warehouse, built in the 1920's, is being converted into 28 to 32 loft condo units with a restaurant on the first floor. The contemporary residences feature concrete floors, exposed ductwork, 11' to 14' ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, balconies, and luxury kitchens with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. There are one to three-bedroom units, ranging from 850 to 2,100 square feet of space. Building amenities include a roof top deck. Designed by Rob Indovina. Original prices start in the mid-$200's up to $800's for a penthouse unit.
