Previously being developed as the 5 Lofts project, the redevelopment was taken over by Penn Avenue Renaissance and the five-unit loft building will be available for occupancy in mid-2012. The units are 1,600 square feet and feature bamboo hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and private outdoor space. Designed by Pfaffmann and Associates, the units were originally priced between $165K to $375K.
