Located in Easty Liberty, the six-story building was converted in the early 1990's into a mixed-use project with two storefront retail space and 13 work/live loft units on the top five floors. Units range from 1,425 to 1,920 square feet of space. The building was originally designed by Frederick Osterling and the new residences were designed by EDGE studio.
