A new six-story contemporary building with 42 residential units, primarily two and three-bedroom units. Each residences feature open floor plans, floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings, granite countertops, stainless stell appliances, and balconies. Groundbreaking took place in January 2006 and delivery is expected in 2007. Designed by the architecture firm Astorino. Originally priced from the high $400's to $1 million.
