Developer Walnut Capital plans to convert the former Nabisco plant into a mixed-use development with 380,000 square feet of office and retail space, a 120-room hotel, and 38 townhouses. Previous plans for a 250-unit loft apartment project known as Nabisco Lofts fell through in late 2005 when the Ferchill Group failed to exercise an option to acquire the property.
