Next to the Monongahela Incline and overlooking the Pittsburgh skyline, this 18-story, multi-use development will include up to 55 condominiums and a 110-room luxury hotel on a four acre property which was the home of the former Edge restaurant which closed more than 20 years ago. A spa and fitness center, fine-dining restaurant, and a public terrace are planned.
Construction is expected to start in 2010 and starting pricing is expected to start in the high $300's.
