Residences feature concrete floors, large windows, and tall ceilings ranging from 9 to 11 feet high, plus there are several two-story units with 18-foot ceilings. Some units have exposed brick walls, private balconies, and rooftop decks with skyline views. The penthouse tower unit is 3,249 square feet and originally priced at $1.2 million. Building features include a fitness center, covered parking, and bike storage.
The developer purchased the property in 2006. Groundbreaking took place in 2007 and delivery is expected during summer 2009. Designed by Indovina Associates. Original pricing of condo units start at the high-$180's.
