Neighborhood: Golden Triangle - Downtown
Located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood, Piatt Place is a mixed-use development that incorporates the former 265,000 square foot Lazarus-Macy's Department Store. The development includes 180,000 square feet of office space, 50,000 square feet of retail space, and three residential floors with 65 luxury condo units. The building features contemporary design elements such as metal panels and glass. Condo units feature open floor plans that can be customized, 10-foot ceilings, window walls, and a covered balcony. Residential amenities include concierge service, door attendant, fitness center, and community room. The condos are expected to be completed in 2008. Original pricing ranges from $335,400 to $1.4 million.
Early commercial tenants announced include McCormick and Schmick's seafood restaurant and Capital Grille steakhouse restaurant.
Groundbreaking took place on January 17, 2007. Designed by architecture firm Strada.
