The units will average 1,200 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is bounded by Fifth Avenue and Miltenberger and Watson Streets. The&nbsp;110,000-square-foot&nbsp;building, built in 1894 and operated as a school until 1975, was named to National Register of Historic Places in 1985. Originally designed by architect Edward Stotz.</p>
