The Gothic-style Fifth Avenue High School will be converted into 65 loft apartments in the Fall of 2010. The units will average 1,200 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is bounded by Fifth Avenue and Miltenberger and Watson Streets. The 110,000-square-foot building, built in 1894 and operated as a school until 1975, was named to National Register of Historic Places in 1985. Originally designed by architect Edward Stotz.

This multi-purpose development comprises of three properties that has seven loft apartments with 15-foot ceilings. There are six one-bedroom and one two-bedroom residences. Units feature luxury kitchens with granite countertops and bamboo hardwood flooring. Restoration was completed in 2009.

Next to the Monongahela Incline and overlooking the Pittsburgh skyline, this 18-story, multi-use development will include up to 55 condominiums and a 110-room luxury hotel on a four acre property which was the home of the former Edge restaurant which closed more than 20 years ago. There are two loft apartments above first floor retail space in this brick building, rennovated in 2009 and originally built in the late 1800's. Each unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The historic hardwood floors made of Heart of Pine have been refinished. The third floor unit is about 1,000 square feet and was originally listed at $240,000.

The three-story building would house 21 students who would be attending the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine program at Seton Hill University. Units feature open floor plan, exposed brick and wood beam ceilings, 8-foot windows, bamboo floors, and luxury kitchens with stainless steel applicances and granite countertops. Construction started in May 2007 and to be completed in the Spring of 2009.

Originally priced near the mid-$200's.
