Neighborhood: Golden Triangle - Downtown 

As part of the new 23-story Three PNC Plaza, there are 28 residential units in addition to the 185-room luxury Fairmont hotel on the top 10 floors, 326,000 square feet of office space, and ground floor retail. A separate elevator will serve the condos located on floors 14 to 23. The green mixed-use, high-rise building was designed by the architecture firms of Gensler Associates of San Francisco and Pittsburgh-based Astorino. The condos are expected to be completed by the end of 2009.
