Built in 1903, the former Brindley Building is now an apartment community of studio, one, and two bedroom units with original exposed brick walls, high ceilings, oversized windows, and timbered beams. Some units feature lofts, spiral staircases, and platform sleeping areas. One bedrooms range from 674 to 908 square feet of space and the two bedroom units are 1,144 square feet. Other features include in-unit washer/dryer and ample outdoor and indoor parking. Pets are allowed. In 1985, the four-story building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
