Built in 1903, the former Brindley Building is now an apartment community of one or two bedroom units, some featuring lofts or platform sleeping areas. Residences feature original brick walls, oversized windows, timbered beams and gourmet kitchens. In 1985, the four-story building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
