Located in East Liberty, there are 37 live/work apartment units in a three-story concrete structure built in 1926 and originally housed the former Constantin Pontiac car dealership. Each unit has a workspace and floor plans range from efficiencies to three bedroom configurations. The group Arts and Cities converted the building into lofts in 1998. The architect was Landmarks Design Associates.
