Located in the Strip District, this six-story brick warehouse was a former water heater manufacturing building constructed around 1900. The developer converted the building into 35 loft units, which were completed in 1999. Units feature 16-foot ceilings, brick walls, exposed beems, concrete floors, and stainless steel. The parking garage occupies the first floor.
