Constructed in 1881, the former Emsworth Elementary School, is being converted into 12 condominium units. The three-story building is located just a few miles outside of Pittsburgh. the The units range between 1,200 to 1,800 square feet. The renovated units retained or reused many of the original features including chalkboards, large windows, and hardwood floors. Designed by Gerald Lee Morosco Architects. Originally priced from the $150's.
