This new four-story building has 12 loft-style residences that feature large open areas with high ceilings, floor to ceiling glass window, and access to a large exterior porch or deck. The architecture firm describes the building as "constructed of continuous masonry bearing walls for the first three stories, with light-gage steel-framed penthouses above that are clad in glass and metal panels. Exterior stairs and "stoops" connect second floor units directly to the sidewalk, consistent with the context of the residential neighborhood."
